Rotational Moulding
Rotational molding, also known as rotomolding, is a manufacturing process used to produce hollow plastic products. Rotational molding products cover a wide range of applications, including water and chemical storage tanks, septic tanks, and customized tanks.
Water & Chemical Storage Tanks
Paramount Link Sdn Bhd’s PE tanks comply to strict SIRIM quality guidelines to ensure years of customer satisfaction. Impact resistant, non corrosive, one piece seamless and linear polyethylene construction allows Paramount Link tanks to be used for the storage of potable water and wide range of industrial chemicals. Tank size available are 50 gallons-10,000 gallons.
Septic Tanks
PE Septic tanks supplied by Paramount LinkSdn Bhd are designed and manufactured with rigorous quality control to meet local waste water treament standards. The specially designed ribs make these tank the industry choice for strength and durability. PE septic tanks are light weight, cost less and easy to install. Tank capacity available are 5PE-30PE.
Customised Products
Paramount Link provides all aspect of rotational moulding from design to assembly of product and delivery to you or your customer. We develop new products and improving those that already existed. With rotational molding the tooling cost is less expensive than injection and below moulding process. It allows you to design and manufacture almost anything imaginable.
Here are the features of these rotomolded products:
Durable Construction: Rotomolded products are made from high-quality plastics such as polyethylene, which offers excellent durability and resistance to corrosion, rust, and impact. This ensures that the tanks can withstand harsh environmental conditions and provide long-term service life.
Seamless Design: Rotational molding allows for the creation of seamless, one-piece structures, eliminating the need for assembly and reducing the risk of leaks or weak points in the tank’s construction. This seamless design enhances the structural integrity and reliability of the tanks.
Chemical Resistance: Rotomolded tanks are resistant to a wide range of chemicals, making them suitable for storing various liquids, including water, chemicals, and corrosive substances. This chemical resistance ensures that the tanks maintain their integrity and do not degrade when exposed to different substances.
Customization Options: Rotational molding offers flexibility in design, allowing for customization of tank size, shape, and features to meet specific requirements. This customization capability enables the production of tanks tailored to the needs of different industries and applications.
UV Resistance: Many rotomolded products are UV-resistant, meaning they can withstand prolonged exposure to sunlight without fading or deteriorating. This UV resistance ensures that outdoor tanks maintain their appearance and performance over time, even in harsh sunlight conditions.
Lightweight: Despite their robust construction, rotomolded tanks are lightweight compared to traditional materials like metal or concrete, making them easier to transport, handle, and install. This lightweight design also reduces shipping costs and simplifies installation processes.
Low Maintenance: Rotomolded tanks require minimal maintenance, as they are inherently resistant to corrosion, rust, and degradation. This low-maintenance feature saves time and money on upkeep, making rotomolded tanks a cost-effective storage solution.
Overall, rotomolded products such as water and chemical storage tanks, septic tanks, and customized tanks offer a combination of durability, customization options, and low maintenance, making them suitable for a wide range of industrial, commercial, and residential applications.
